Svaret kom fra sesongmessige og teknologiske forhold som begrenset en jevn flyt og stabil tilf\u00f8rsel av sj\u00f8mat av ulike arter \u00e5ret rundt\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">Anerkjennelsen av dette ledet til s\u00f8ket etter en oppfriskende (refreshing) verdikjede-l\u00f8sning, hvor r\u00e5stoffet raskt innfryses etter fangst eller slakt, oppbevares og lagres dypfryst og tines just-in-time for konsum.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">Gruppen identifiserte s\u00e5 tineteknologien i bakeriindustrien, som ble tilpasset med bemerkelsesverdige gode resultater inn i Coolnovas l\u00f8sning, og som senere ledet til en europeisk patent for tining av kj\u00f8tt, sj\u00f8mat og gr\u00f8nnsaker.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">P\u00e5 tross av dette, tok det mange \u00e5r f\u00f8r Torbj\u00f8rn Trondsen sammen med sin produksjonspartner Dinas Kavaliauskas, hadde utviklet en endelig versjon av Coolnovas kabinetter, som n\u00e5 er klare for de kommersielle behovene i prosessering og distribuering som er \u00e5 tilby f\u00f8rsteklasses kvalitet av sj\u00f8mat og kj\u00f8tt, \u00e5ret rundt.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About us Coolnova was born 25 years ago in a research project involving master students and their marketing professor Torbj\u00f8rn Trondsen.\u00a0They asked why the Norwegian fish processors were exporting so much frozen seafood when the consumers\u2019 willingness to pay was much higher for super-fresh seafood quality.
